No. Apart from the charges mentioned above, there aren’t any other hidden charges. From time to time we introduce optional addon services which you can subscribe to, individually, if needed.
Since we are building a brand new website, we charge a very low one time setup fee of $299 towards the design and setup of the website. This also includes the domain registration fees. If you opt for yearly plan, we don’t charge you any setup fee (Except for Lite Plan).
Yes. The majority of Auffligen customers opt for yearly billing arrangements, and we are able to offer this at a discount to monthly pricing. We also waive off the one time setup fee with any annual commitment. Please note that this is waive off is not applicable to Lite plan.
There could be times when you are not yet ready to start building a brand. Like for instance, you are just starting your business, are on a shoestring budget or just testing the waters. In such cases, where you only want a website to introduce your product or service, you can opt for the Lite Plan. We will design and setup a brand new website for your company. We only charge a small one time setup fee of $299 along with the hosting and maintenance charge of $29 per month.
Cancelling your Auffligen service is an easy and painless process. Just email us and we will cancel your plan and refund the remaining money to your account. Currently we use PayPal as our payment gateway. You can either use your PayPal account or your credit cards to subscribe to our services.
You can either choose to pay monthly or yearly as per your preference. If you are opting for a yearly plan, you only have for 10 months instead of 12. That’s right! You get 2 months of service for free. Now that’s a sweet deal.
We use PayPal as our payment processor and they are the ones who handle your card details. During the payment process, we never have access to your credit card information or neither do we store it in any form. So you can rest assured that your credit card information is safe.
When you are building your business sometimes you won’t get time to think about anything else. We understand that. So we will notify you of the pending payment and ask you to make the payment as soon as possible. If we do not get any response from you within 3 days, all our services will be put on hold until the payment is received. Once the payment is received our services will be resumed from that day onward.
The Beta version (First Draft) of your website will be live within 7-10 days after you have subscribed. This will be a fully functional website custom made for your company. You can suggest changes or tweaks which will be taken care by our design team.
No. Auffligen is a fully managed web service. All our plans include hosting and maintenance ensuring your website remains available at all times.
No. The price of the domain name is included in the one time setup fee. We would register a .COM domain name for your company when setting your website. Please note that domain names are subject to availability. If the domain is already registered, we will suggest alternative domain name(s) you can use. If you want a specific domain name which is already registered, you might have to pay a premium charge to the current owner.
We would try to get a CompanyName.COM domain for your company. If you already have a domain name in mind, you could suggest the domain name and we would try to get it for you. Please make sure that it is not already registered by someone else.
If you already have a domain name registered, you can provide us the domain registration details and we would link it to your business website. If you wish not to share the username and password with us, we would provide instructions for linking the website and you can do it yourself.
We currently support almost all of the most popular social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.
If you already have a Facebook page setup for your company we will use the same for branding purpose. You simply have to add one of our Facebook branding expert as an admin to your existing page. Don’t worry, we will provide you the details on how to do that.
Yes. Instead of making brand new accounts we will use the existing ones you have for branding purpose. Just share the user credentials and we would manage those accounts for you.
